We’re dedicated to streamlining the referral process for GPs choosing Care ADHD as their preferred provider. Our services are fully accessible through the NHS’ e-Referral Service (e-RS).

Please note that e-RS is our preferred option for NHS referrals.

  • e-RS is the NHS-recommended route for referrals and helps practices meet their obligations under national guidance.e-RS ensures that all referrals are handled securely 

  • It allows us to better track and manage your patients’ journey with us  

  • Patients from anywhere in England can be referred to us as long as they are registered with a GP.

What information is needed for the e-RS referral?  

Please note that different referral forms apply depending on whether you are referring a patient to us for either our adult or under 18s service. It’s important you complete the correct form.

  • Referrer details: this includes a GP Surgery email address to receive referral confirmation and for sharing your patient's clinical report.  

  • GP details: Your GP Practice Code and ICB details. 

  • Patient details: The patient’s details including their NHS number and contact details. 

  • Documents to support the referral: including their Summary Care Record and any referral documents.
